At Desi Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all traditional embroidery and delicate fabrics are protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
